The view from our room was simply breathtaking.
Our check-in experience was extremely frustrating due to the lack of English-speaking assistance. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the bathtub I eagerly anticipated had no stopper, rendering it useless after a long day on the Camino. Lastly, it was quite difficult to manage without small change for the washer/dryer, which added to the inconvenience.

Staying at Estrella Do Camino was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely patio that offered a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing after a long day. My family appreciated the electric kettle and tea facilities, which added a nice touch to our stay. The quick response from the host when we needed assistance regarding our bags was impressive. they managed our luggage transport seamlessly. We also liked the shared kitchen, ideal for preparing our meals. However, there were some inconveniences. The lack of a bath plug in the spa bath was disappointing, especially after the long walk on the Camino. Also, it would have been nice to have a clothesline on the patio instead of only chairs to dry our clothes. It’s a bit of a trek to the town center for dining options, but the overall quiet atmosphere made our rest worthwhile.

A quiet gem on the Camino
Nestled away from the hustle, the Estrella Do Camino Hotel offers spacious rooms with stunning views. The owner’s warm hospitality truly makes you feel at home.
Although the place is a bit of a trek from the central restaurants, it’s worth the walk. Having a bath with no stopper was slightly disappointing after a long day on the Camino.
